My daughter is in college in Mountainhome. Her car broke down. She is three hours from me so she took it to “ Dependable” Auto. She had to restart twice on the way home, taking her over 20 minutes to get there then she called me and told me about it. Then she called the guy back. He came and looked at it, and the check engine light came on, the oil light had come on on the way home it then went back to his shop for a couple more weeks. Mind you it had already been two or three weeks. I finally called him to ask about it and he said it was the engine. When I questioned him about her leaving that day, he said well she waited 45 minutes before she called me. And the lady who answered the phone said all she knew is it wasn’t running when it got there and it was running when it left a lot. They both justify 45 minutes as a 0% their fault. Hopefully they will make it right by towing it up to me. As I have already paid them over $2000. If not, we will be going to civil court. Do not take your car there I believe they misdiagnosed it and will not take any responsibility for it at all.
