First impression…great!
I’ve always taken my Beemer to the dealer but a friend of mine has a connection at Desert Bimmer and recommended I take my car there. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office, parking lot and shop. We were greeted promptly and checked in by Jacob, who was professional and knowledgeable about BMW’s. Overall, a surprisingly pleasant, hassle free experience. I highly recommend!

Excellent BMW Service!
I would recommend them to anyone wholeheartedly!! Their honesty and integrity are without a doubt the best I have experienced with someone working on our car. We actually bought a BMW because we have them to take care of it for us. They are very responsive and detail oriented inletting you know what is going on with your vehicle and what needs to be done to get you back on the road with a confidence of no oversell. We always feel like we are their #1 priority. WE WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND them to everyone. Trevor and DJ are the best!!

Wouldn’t Go Anywhere Else!
I would not take my BMW anywhere else for maintenance or repair. I have been going there since they were in their previous location and they have consistently been fair, honest, and will give you the straight answers with no BS.

We are new to the area where this shop is, and we finally tried it, and I was very pleased with the work completed - the price point, the tips for helping with some other issues we have going on, but no hard sell or scary tactics to get other things fixed. We will be coming back to this place -Desert BMW - for sure!

Honest BMW Mechanics
I was a New Customer that needed a Battery and Rear Brakes. They confirmed that I needed a New Battery but advised me I could wait on the Brakes. They saved me $800.00. Honest Mechanics are hard to find but if you have a BMW this is the Shop for you.

Attention Bmw owners this is an alternative to going to the dealer, all the employees have many years of working at BMW dealerships. We don’t belong at shops that don’t specifically specialize in BMWs. This place is very welcoming. Very nice. Very clean. Prices are great. Give them a try.

Desert BMW was a nice experience. Friendly staff, quick and efficient work while I waited, and back on the road in short order. Also, the customer waiting area and restroom was very clean and well stocked with beverages and a few treats!
