Personalized honest service.
First time in this week. Joe does a great job and services only the things that need to be done. I had a check engine code that indicated an emission system issue pointing to the Secondary Air Injector Pump. Joe diagnosed through the vehicles electrical system and found the pump to be functional. Not unnecessarily replacing a working pump in itself saved hundreds of dollars. Joe corrected through routine maintenance services, a couple of other issues created by mechanics that perhaps don’t understand what a Mercedes-Benz requires for peak operation.

Joe has found another customer in me!
