I had DiBacco's install a water pump about 3 months ago. When a problem arose a few days ago, they gave me an appointment right away, identified that the water pump was indeed faulty, and replaced it completely under warranty without any hassle. I was ready for a fight, an argument, some excuses ("Not our problem"), etc., but I got none of that. They were very professional and responsible.
