Lack of communication on significant increase from original estimate.
Brought our Subaru Outback in for what looked like minor right front damage from parking lot mishap.
The final cost was triple the amount of the original estimate and we were never informed of the change.
It took over two weeks for the work to be completed. We were happy with the completed work but not the lack of communication in the increase. Also, no one went over the charges when we picked our car up to explain why the final cost was so far over the estimate.
I would only give two stars but the three stars were there before I began the review and would not let me change it.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. While we are glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the completed repairs, I understand how lack of communication can be frustrating.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding the increase from the original estimate. I agree that any significant changes should always be clearly communicated and reviewed. We also regret that the final charges were not explained in detail at pickup.

Your comments have been shared with our team as a coaching opportunity, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you’d like to review the estimate and final invoice together, please feel free to contact us and ask for management—we’d be happy to help.

Thank you again for your feedback.
