Best Tire Shop in New England

got tires rotated with pleasant interaction with service ticket writer
Made an appointment and joked with service writer. He continues the joke when I arrived for my appointment. I had lots to read and eventually saw the car being brought inside. Thet did all the little extra services and didn't try to sell me a new brake job.
I am happy and am assured they treat Teslas correctly

Disappointed
I absolutely love direct tire however, on my most recent visit, I went to get an alignment done, and their machine was broken, a few days later I called and inquired if it was fixed, they said yes, so I brought my car back in, only for the machine to be still broken..obviously it’s not the techs fault, but for a company that specializes in alignment and Tires I would expect equipment to be functional once again that being said, I’ve been going here for over 20 years it’s a great place so I consider this a one off, usually they are five stars, but keeping it real, this last visit was a disappointment.

I had a tire blowout and showed up at the shop right before closing. They took care of things quickly, gave me a loaner car, and had the work done early the next morning. Totally professional service by Rick!

Superb, as always
Rick and Susan have been my Direct Tire service representatives for many many years. Their technicians are great. I have never once felt I was being talked into something I didn't absolutely need. So trustworthy and nice to work with.
It's revealing to me when a company has long term excellent employees. Says a lot about the work environment, and translates to outstanding service.

good experience
I had an oil change and rear wiper replaced last week. Everything went well and I was satisfied with the friendly guy who helped me, as well as satisfied with the price. I did have to wait 2 hours which was ok because I expected it. But I wish the time period could be shorter for such a small job. But all in all I was happy with the service at Direct Tire.

My husband met Barry at the very beginning and we have never gone anywhere else.

great service
I appreciate that DT worked out that swapping the wheels around when they discovered the bent rims made everyone think I needed all four rims fixed. But when I brought the car in on the repair day, they determined only 2 needed fixing and charged me for only 2. The loaner was clean and easy to drive and well worth the money to avoid long travel back and forth or expensive Lyft rides.
