great service
I appreciate that DT worked out that swapping the wheels around when they discovered the bent rims made everyone think I needed all four rims fixed. But when I brought the car in on the repair day, they determined only 2 needed fixing and charged me for only 2. The loaner was clean and easy to drive and well worth the money to avoid long travel back and forth or expensive Lyft rides.

Even on a busy Friday we got greatservice
I had scheduled my service and indicated I would wait. My service advisor indicated it could be a number of hours so I did some errands and got a call that my car was ready sooner than I expected. I was also pleased to see there was no charge for the tire rotation, yet another reason to keep returning to Direct Tire.

Grateful Customer
I have always had reliable, professional service at Direct Tire. I now go there for all my car services, repairs, replacements. They are completely professional and expert in their assesments , evaluations and pricing. I would not go any where else. My last visit was more complicated and I received the most careful and considerate and accurate service from my contact person, Rick.
He went way above and beyond to facilitate the necessary repairs. He even did the necessary driving of the car to prepare it for passing inspection! Every decision was made in collaboration with me. He made well reasoned options and helped me in understanding my choices. The entire staff there are just terrific to work with!

In need of the best tires.
I asked Bob for the best tires for my vehicle. He gave me spec's for 4 different manufacturers tires and gave me his opinion. I liked what I saw and heard. I decided on the Michelin's and I'm happy with my tires.

Fixed an error
A few weeks earlier, Direct Tire patched two tires. Because they continued to leak and were initially overfilled by Direct Tire beyond the recommended PSI, I brought them back in and it was agreed I needed two new tires. After a little discussion, it was agreed that the cost of the patch job (done at the edge of the tires) should be applied to the replacement tires. I appreciated that. Even though this experience doesn't merit a 5-star review, I'll continue to come back to Direct Tire.

Fast, reliable service
I had a great experience (also on a day when the store was not terribly busy). Salesperson educated me about tire options that were much better fits than the OE tires.

I’ve purchased tires for three cars over the last year. Most recently, I had two tires replaced because of road punctures. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The prices are reasonable, and the service is very prompt.

Tire pressure light on, but discovered no issue - and no charge!!
As soon as I called in (we had bought these tires a few weeks ago) and said the pressure light was on but the tires seemed to be fine, they said to bring it on in which we did. No issues with the tires, and happily back home after they re-calibrated the tire pressure gauge. No charge Thanks DT
