2011 Vette is back on the road.
I took my car in for a loud ticking sound coming from the engine expecting the worst. Turns out it was a failed trunion on one of the rocker arms. They were able to locate parts and get the car back to me in just a little over 24 hours. While it was there they went the extra mile and went over the rest of the car and tightened some bolts that were coming loose and relocated some wiring that was rubbing against the exhaust.
