Saved the day
Headed out for vacation and noticed smoke coming out the back of vehicle, turned around and went straight to Dodson Williams to see if they could tell us what was wrong, they took a look at it and determined transmission pan gasket blew out, and they were able to fix it and get us back on the road and saved our vacation plans.

Vacation
Today I called to see if they could go over our truck and make sure it was trip ready.
They said they would work it in and they did, finding a few things that need to be taken care of an assure us a safer trip.
Dodson Williams is in my opinion the most honest and trustworthy shop in the city. They have never tried to sell me anything that we didn’t need.

Quick and efficient oil change/tire rotation
Had me out in less than an hour and checked my brakes for me while rotating the tires.

Number 1 Choice for me
Dodson Williams has & always be my Number 1 Choice for my auto repairs. They are honest, fair & quick to resolve any problems or situations with my auto. And by the way, their Customer Service is AWESOME!

Awesome people and service
We took our 2015 Infinity Q40 in for a state inspection and an inspection report that our insurance company wanted. We needed rear wheel brakes to pass inspection and the price was great compared to everywhere else and the people especially Debbie is worth going here. She is awesome and really kept us in the loop regarding our car. Work was incredible fast and convenient. I would highly recommend this place for all your car needs.

Best Shop in SW Missouri
There is no other place to take your vehicle for regular maintenance or for repairs. The staff here are on top of everything and they make sure you know exactly what’s going on with your ride. There’s no ridiculous parts mark up and overcharges and no selling you what you don’t need. They care about keeping you safe and your car dependable. The staff here have over a hundred years of combined experience and it shows in the way they treat you and your vehicle.

I wouldn’t take mine anywhere else.
