Honest and reliable
After years of using non-AAA certified auto repair shops, in which they almost always found expensive problems, I appreciate Don-Glo only doing the work requested at an affordable price.

I love Don-Glo! ❤️😘
All guys at Don-Glo professional and courteous! They listen to my car concerns and advise me on how to proceed in most efficient and cost effective manner. They are also very honest and tell me if I don’t really need something done to my car or that maybe a procedure is not necessary. I never had to wait a long amount of time. I am taken care of quickly. Going to the mechanic is like going to the dentist …. You don’t want to go but you know you have to go. Going to Don-Glo is a wonderful experience for me!

Over charged
I felt I was severely overcharged they only changed spark plugs that I provided n unstuck my stick gear but I still have to get a new shift cable the tow was $100 but uli was charged $300 overall

So sorry you feel that way. According to All Data, a mechanics tool, it calls for 2.5 hours to do your plugs, we charged you\for 1.5. You do not belong to a motor club, so we charged the Yonkers to Yonkers rate of $100.00,
We are sorry you are not satisfied with our service, but if you look around at other stations, instead of saying we overchared you, like all our customers we do right by our customers for over 50 years.

so sorry you feel that way. According to All Data, a mechanics tool, it calls for 2.5 hours to do your plugs, that you brought with you, we only charged you 1.5 hours to do the job. As far as towing your car in you donot belong to any
motor clubs so we charged you the $100.00 the going rate for Yonkers to Yonkers.
We are sorry you were not satisfied with our service, you should call around at other stations, before saying you were
overcharged, Like all our customers for the past 50 years we do the right  thing for all.

Great Service
I’ve been going to Don Glo for almost 30 years. Doug and Fred are honest, reliable, and have excellent mechanics working for them. They are reasonable and trustworthy. Highly recommended

Needed a tow because car wouldn't start
The tow truck driver was so nice and capable. He made the experience completely stress-free. The mechanic and representative at the facility resolved my problem immediately and were a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend them enough!

Best service in town
I've been using Don-Glo for more than 10 years now. From regular maintenance to repairs. I also take my vehicles for the yearly state inspection check there. Pricing is as reasonable as it can get,but the AAA discount helps a bunch. I recommend them to anyone who asks if I know of a repair station.

Absolutely wonderful.
I will absolutely return to Don Glo after my car broke down and AAA suggested I be towed there. Very communicative and trust worthy and also very friendly.

I would use them again for sure.
