I would give a ZERO if i could. JEEP dodge RAM sells overpriced piles of junk and then says we "don't build them" (all of them told us that almost like they are trained to say that because they know the sell overpriced piles of junk). they sell you a rolling dumpster and then leave you hanging in the wind. I would recommend to anyone buying a new car to avoid jeep dodge ram like the plague unless you like spending all your time being jerked around on emails and calls and everyone form the dealer to the corporate office points the finger at everyone else. Definably done by an RHO ram! total garbage can't go more than 200 mines without breaking down. ***STAY AWAY*** do yourself a favor and just poke yourself in the eye and save your time and money.
We had a Ram TRX; bad build quality seat came apart under 2K miles and BAD paint quality and poor service department. they told me that a part of the trim on the window pillar that was coming off after a few hundred miles, the gal told me to bring in and paint match on my dime. We had a 392 jeep broke down on the freeway with 1200 miles. the RHO is the worst. had it now for 10 months can't go more that 300 miles without it breaking down. all computers have been replaced. tail gate downs work right. door locks work when they want too. auto start breaks or starts and turns right or. key fob works when it feels like it. truck constantly is in the show. at this Pont it's been in the shop or broken waiting for a tow truck more days out of the 6 out of the 10 months then I've been able to drive it. it's currently in the shop for the 4th time staying there over 30 days. do yourself a big favor don't but a Jeep, dodge or a ram and stay away, it would be cheaper to have your kid hit you with a baseball bat. There are a few folks at the dealer that were great but were unable to help with the issue: James, josh and martin. thanks for trying but everyone else in the Crysler Corp is a dumpster fire avoid them unless you like to wait on hold and pay a time of money for garbage and then get the run around.
