Once again, Steve went the extra mile to diagnose and fix a pesky problem I had been having with the alarm going off when I unlock the door to my 2002 BMW 525I. Clearly, Rod Donoso has recruited and sustained a staff of European car specialist who love what they're doing and are driven to satisfy their customers. For owners of older German and Swedish brands who don't want to pay for dealers' labor rates, I can't recommend Rossi's automotive more highly.
