Friendly and helpful staff
Have been putting off getting the smog done on our car because we have not driven it in a long time. Went in today to finally get it done. Staff was great! Friendly, fast, and efficient. Staff made the wait time go by fast.

These People Were Top Notch
These guys were awesome.. They were courteous friendly, funny and fast.. even though my car did not pass. I will return everytime I need a smog check..

Nice my car AC is working again.
My car AC was blowing hot air. Now it blows at 40 degrees. It felt so good on my way home. Not my repair places in town work on VWs.

Usually a great experience but there's always one bad apple
I've been going here for 5 plus years for smog. Same vehicles. This round the tech did not like an exhaust brake I had on my vehicle. I had to have it removed. I've had this vehicle for 15 plus years and have never had problems getting it smogged with the exhaust brake in the place. I didn't feel like arguing with a foolish person who thought they knew everything. He ended up smogging it but I feel that my business is lost at this place.

I needed my car smogged drove right in and as usual the customer service was excellent! Pulled up my information and voila! My car was smogged and ready to go The customer service behind the counter is always excellent and kind! Erin said they're definitely the best. Everything was set up so well and she was helped right away, she was done in 15 -20 minutes and was able to walk in and walk out. There was a lot of flavor in the place about the training and certification of the owner and the people who work there, so she felt very confident and comfortable that they knew how to deal with the problem. It was a great first experience and the good reviews online were definitely correct.

The area
Ok,so over the years I have to go to different smog stations around the area. But these guys are great,great over the counter experience with a guy name Roy. Roy make me feel like I known him for years. I would recommend this shop to all my friends.
