Jeep Cheerokee
Strange issue with my 94 Jeep Cherokee. Wouldn't start when it was cold, below 50 degrees. Randy quickly concluded that it was in the ECM. He could remove it, take it inside and let it warm up and the Jeep would start right up. Within the ECM there were three capacitors that failed. Randy got my old ranch jeep going.
