Fast, friendly service
The gentleman, Roddy, at Doug's Tires was very nice! I went today to have my oil changed and he was very polite and professional. The tech even recommended that I have my tires rotated, which was something that I had forgotten about having done. Roddys helped me in the past when I thought that I needed to have my truck inspected, only to find out that I didn't. I moved into the area from a different state where inspection stickers are placed on windshields indicating when your inspection was due. He graciously took the initiative to scrape the sticker off of my windshield so as to not cause any further confusion for myself or law enforcement. Thank you, Mr. Roddy, for going the extra step to help me out; it was much appreciated! You are a compliment to the establishment!
