Treat you like family
I diagnosed my vehicle problem by google and wanted to change my wheel speed sensor but instead of taking my money and doing what I was convinced was the issue because google told me it was. They convinced me it was the mass airflow sensor and not the wheel speed sensor. They could have easy took my money but treated me like family and saved me money.
