Brake evaluation and change
I had two vehicles that we asked the team to evaluate whether or not new brakes were needed.

The team evaluated both in a timely fashion. They communicated the status of each. They recommended replacement on one vehicle and told me I could defer replacement on the second one. I appreciated that they didn’t just blindly recommend replacement, when they could have.

After confirming my approval on the vehicle that required replacement, the work was done quickly and done well.
