Quick, professional service
While on vacation, my pick-up developed a "growl" in the front-end. Of course, this happened on a Friday afternoon and we were scheduled to go back to Iowa (500 miles) on Sunday. I stopped at DTS Countyline Service at 3:30 pm hoping that they could diagnose the problem and maybe get me scheduled-in for Saturday for getting my truck ready for the long trip home. Service manager (Chris) talked to his mechanics, made a preliminary call for parts. They had my truck on a hoist before 4:00 pm, diagnosed the problem (wheel-bearing) and ordered parts while the mechanic removed the bad bearing. Part were delivered quickly and the top-notch mechanic had our truck ready by 4:45 pm! I don't think I could have ordered a pizza in the time it took to get my truck ready for the trip to Iowa! Thanks for working-in the unscheduled service like you did!

So helpful!
I want to thank Countyline for making oil changes so much simpler for me. I used to have to schedule oil changes between kids’ practices and games, etc. But Countyline comes to my work and picks up my vehicle for the oil change and returns it before the kids get out of school!

Great people
The work performed was excellent and working with them was great!they found more wrong with the rear differential than just a seal. And helped find the right and best rebuild unit! The rest of the repairs also were completed! All work was at a very fair price!

Oil change and battery replacement
Thought I had an appointment that day, but I guess I didn’t. I made an appointment at another shop but they took me in right away. Replace my oil rotated my tires and put me in a new battery took about an hour but now it’s done.
