Excellent collision repair
Good quality repair, Friendly staff. Excellent regular communication by text. Convenient location.
My only reason for giving a 4 star instead of 5 star is that they are only open 4 days a week, making it less convenient for pick up. Others might not find this a problem. Their workmanship is excellent!

Good Communication, Poor Painting
Dunshee sent me update texts regularly while working on the car, which was fantastic. They also detailed the entire inside of the car. What they didn't do was check for paint chips and sprayer debris before putting the clear coat on, and fully fill in the dent with bondo to make the lines correct in the quarter panel. I know it's a hard area to fix, but they came highly recommended and I am disappointed. This is going to result in another visit to make it right. However, their customer service representative is already scheduling me for a visit so we can talk about the next steps.

Overall the Dunshee team did an excellent job with repairs and completed within the predicted timeframe. I appreciated the repair progress updates via e-mail, as well as the excellent coordination with my insurance and car rental. Everyone I encountered was courteous and great to work with.
