Friendly and with with a positive attitude.
I needed my car back as soon as possible. Had son I needed to get by 4:30. Told by 3. Was fine with that. Ro called said good news and bad. Good news first. Car ready. Bad news. I owe him money. Lol. Love that in this age and trouble times, someone still has good humor for customers. Only my third time there, but never had bad moment getting service either time. Highly recommend them to friends. Thank you.
