Matthew said Chris and his staff where very gracious. His vehicle was involved in an accident a couple months ago, the type of vehicle he drives, he shopped around for places to fix the vehicle because insurance was not going to cover it. He went to this place to get the ball rolling on getting the vehicle fixed $1000, he was able to get the parts on Ebay. A couple weeks went by, after that was told the parts that he bought will not work for the vehicle, they agreed on what parts needed to be purchased. He said they are going to source all the parts for him, sent him an invoice for the parts needed. He consulted Chris, told him it would take time to come up with the money, was told he could leave the vehicle there until get the money. The vehicle was there for a couple months, Chris was able to diagnose the problem. He paid for some parts, labor, he came through and was able to get the vehicle fixed. Matthew, was told there was brake stuff that needed to be fixed, was given an invoice for that, paid for that. A couple weeks later, he was told the master cylinder and brake booster needed fixed, $1800. He said he didn't have the money. He said was told they would take care of the brake booster for him, and is satisfied with the service and sticking to his word.
