We're very sorry to hear about your experience. This situation doesn't reflect the standards we hold ourselves to, and we truly regret the delays and frustration it caused.
After th einitial engine install, it became clear there were internal issues with the replacement engine. Although the engine was sourced from a third party supplier of your choosing, we gladly covered the labor to remove and replace it at no cost to you, despite this being outside our normal policy when customers supply their own parts. When the second engine arrived and turned out to be incorrect, we also covered the additional labor to remove that one and install the correct engine once it finally came in.
Unfortuately, the process was further delayed by several part compatibility issues that needed to be addressed. We coordinated closely with the engine manufacturer, including having one of their technicians visit our shop to assist. During the removal of the engine, that technician accidentally cracked the windshield, which we replaced at our expense. 
We also sincerely apologize for the billing confusion at the time of pickup. As you noted, it was promptly resolved once we reviewed the payment records and confirmed your balance was paid in full.
Lastly, regarding the headlight issue, our work did not involve the lighting system, and we did not perform any repairs or adjustments to your headlights. However, if you'd like, we would be happy to inspect the issue at no charge as a courtesy.
