Great overall experience
Initially my wife had a terrible experience where an employee was giving her an attitude when she dropped the vehicle off (I advised her to go to another shop). Somehow the the employee change and became more nice so she decided to wait. I'm glad she did. Mo was great and he kept me updated with what was going on, especially dealing with warranty company like Carshield. The car issues were fixed promptly.
