More than I expected
I took my car in for a repair to the glove box which wouldn’t close. When Dave called to say the car was ready, he went over a complete inspection of the entire car. That part was done at no expense. The inspection showed we needed an oil change and brake fluid change. He quoted us a reasonable price for both so we had them do it. When I picked up the car, there was a long stem, rose in the driver’s seat!

Both Dave and Chris, are personable and knowledgeable. They made it a pleasant experience.

The only improvement I would suggest is to tell the customer upfront about the complementary inspection. I thought it was odd that repairing the glove box was going to take two hours, and when Dave called, I initially thought we were being charged for an inspection we hadn’t ordered. That assumption was quickly dismissed. Overall, the service was A+.
