I recently had my Honda Fit serviced at East Bay Auto Center. My spouse provided the parts, and the shop handled the installation. Overall, the brakes feel very smooth, although I found the handbrake a little stiff to move up and down.
I gave the shop four stars because the odometer mileage was recorded incorrectly on my paperwork, and I had to call the shop to have it corrected.
Despite this issue, I would still bring my car back to East Bay Auto Center. The shop appeared to be very busy, with many cars waiting for repairs, and it took about a day to get my car back. Overall, I appreciate their work and would consider using their services again.
