Instrument cluster operation
I’m a first timer to this shop !
Glad I made the appointment, happen to meet Dan , gave him all the details on why I had no dash lights / nothing electrical was working . Within a few hours , called me and texted me with all communication on what we needed to do, with my 2014 Ford Explorer.
Lucky me after 10yrs , Ford no longer made the Cluster instrument! They got one rebuilt, basically a factory reprogrammed control module's, gave me a week and the car was ready to roll. They also replaced the rear lift support hatch motors! They have earned my business moving forward.

Outstanding Service
I highly recommend East Cooper Auto Pros. It is staffed by an outstanding group who are always courteous and take the time to answer any questions you might have about a needed repair, other options, etc. I have been a customer for over 15 years and give it an A plus!

Great communicators, fair pricing, and honest, which is very refreshing!
I have been using and recommending them for nine years. When my daughter’s college friends from out of town, ask for auto repair recommendations I always send them to East Cooper auto pros. The young ladies will always thank me, and comment how well management treats them.
