Wrong diagnosis
I have usually had good experiences with them before but this time was not so good. My truck was saying no oil pressure. They stated they wouldn't be able to look at for a week and they would call when they figured out the problem. 2 weeks later I had to call them for them to tell me my engine was blown. I told him I'd just pick it up because I wasn't spending 10k on an engine right before Christmas. Picked it up and started it to put it on the trailer because if the engine is already blown it wont make a difference. When I started it my truck magically had 40psi of oil pressure and was intfact NOT knocking. Brought it to a buddies and fixed a broken hose that was making a run a little rougher. Best part is I told one of the technicians when he came outside and he just shrugged his shoulders and left. Truck has been running fine since I picked it up. So glad I didn't spend 12k on a blown engine that wasn't infact blown. I think something was frozen but I am out 150 dollars for a misdiagnosis. I don't think I'll bring my cars back to them or would recommend them.

After good conversation, I feel like we both have a better understanding of the situation. As discussed via phone, we appreciate the opportunity to rebuild your trust and, should you desire, we are ready and available to work with you if this problem returns.  We hope to be of service in the future and hear from you again.
