Worst Shop in Pensacola FL
To make A Long Story Short ,These Ninkinpoops,Said They Could Fix my Chevy van Rear End & They ,they Tried for over A month To Get Just A pinnon for the Differential & I Told Them & Every parts Shop Told Them You Have To install both the pinnon & ring gear together & when I got the parts Ring Gear & pinnon & installation kit,They just put in the pinnon from my parts kit & I told Them I Wanted All my Parts back & All They Gave me Back is The pinnon & 1 bearing,& A Cup of Old shims ,& I Said where is The Rest of the parts & They Said That They Throue Them Away,& I Said All Those bearings Were under warranty through A Parts Store, ,Well When I picked Van They Said The Van is Making Noise & it's Probably The Transmission,So Next day I took it to the transmission Shop & They Said It's The Differential,So he Told me About A Honest Shop & When They got the van is the Shop & took Off The inspection Cover ,the Gear pattern Didn't line up ,& I found in a cup of Shimes They gave me back A beveled Shim That Goes ubouve The Spider gears That was left out of the Job When East Hill Put it back Together,‼️So The Honest Shop I had to buy Another Set of Gears & I told them to take out all the bearings & I will take them back to the parts shop were I bought them & warranty them ,,Now here is more proof I wouldn't be able To warranty all those bearings if They put in the Gears & installation kit I bought from my friends shop in SC ,So the parts shop warranted all those bearings & it Was $1,000 From East Hill Shop bill & $1,500 From the honest shop So East Hill owes me over $2,500.00 & when the tow truck towed my van to East Hill Automotive, They towed it with the front wheels in the Air & About 3 QT"s of Transmission fluid came out & Any Shop Knows When A car is towed in with the front Wheels in the air when they put back in the driveshaft to check the transmission fluid & I told them it was a brand New Transmission & before you go on a test ride to check the transmission fluid &I told him I have 2 QT'sin the back of my van & I told the mechanic working on my Van This ,& Nobody Cares About Anything,I Spent Everything I had in the bank on my van $3,000 & Now the transmission is slipping 😥I went to East hill auto with all this information & the proof What they did Wrong & I Said their is No Reason Why We Can't Deal with this Problem in A Kind Way & when I showed them the video of What they left out of the Differential,& he said I didn't get a chance to verify this ,& I told him I have a honest shop doing the work Now & They Wouldn't Pay me my money back & the Repair To Fix what they did & it's probably going to need the transmission clutch's & Bands & All The Seals Replaced in the Transmission & tork converter sent out to be Rebuilt & The Transmission wasn't Even A Year Old & it barely had 5,000 miles on it ,SO IN A NUT SHELL DON'T TAKE UR AUTOMOBILES TO EAST HILL AUTOMOTIVE SHOP OR YOU WILL BE SORRY & When they are taking ur money they are nice people,But As Soon As you prove to them they did something wrong with their work They become A- Holes 💩🕳️ & They Will Not Do What is Right & They will yell at you & tell you to get out of their Shop ,So Now I Have To Take Them To Court & Sue Them , UNBELIEVABLE NOBODY EVER DOES THE RIGHT THING ‼️

It sounds like you've had quite the rollercoaster ride with your Chevy van, and not the thrilling kind that includes popcorn and a good movie. Vehicle repairs can be expensive so we understand your frustration. Unfortunatly you provided your own parts and we don't offer a warranty with customer supplied parts. Also please keep in mind that your vehicle has been at multiple facilities after leaving ours (by your own admission).
