Verified CustomerHi Nicole, we're sorry you feel the way you do about your experience at our shop. Your ac line was leaking badly from a hole in it. There was no way to test the rest of the ac system until it was replaced and we could recharge the system correctly. We're sorry you were here for 3 hours but that's how long it took to replace the ac line and recharge the system. Unfortunately, we had no way of telling if the compressor was bad due to the system not holding any refrigerant from the hole in the line. We definitely don't quote parts on any repair until we are fully able to verify the need of replacement. We always strive to be 100% accurate and transparent with our service here. Most of our customers are women and we always treat any customer who comes in equally. It doesn't matter what gender you are, we love all of our customers!
