I have been going to eldon tire and brake since they opened for service on my cars. I just had a car inspected and failed for bad tire. I purchased 3 tires for this exact car there. Called this morning to order last one and the man on the phone was very rude said he has no record of me ordering tires and if didn't have size won't help me in rude tone. I had the make of tire and they should have it in system. I am very disappointed with customer service and how rude man was. I work hard just like everyone for my money and I don't believe I will return after this time.
