My Ford Flex had a steering problem (rack and pinion system) and took it in to be evaluated. I had to use my extended warranty ( which cause me problems). Sam ordered the part and quickly installed it. A few weeks later I had the same problem with the steering. Took it in and Sam called me back to tell me it was the rack and pinion system again leaving me scratching my head. It turned out it was the steering shaft. Again had issues with my extended warranty company. There was a lot of confusion and Sam and elite pin pointed the issues going on and cleared things up for me. Long story short the steering shaft got installed and car has been driving great since. Thank you Sam and Elite for correcting everything for me. I appreciate all that you did for me to get me back on the road again!
