How they ever got to be AAA affiliated ill never know. My fiance called AAAbecause her keys were locked in the trunk of her car last night and Emerine towing was dispatched. Upon arrival the guy took one look in the backseat and made a mimimal effort to get the back seats to lay down before declaring he was unable to do anything and getting back in his truck and leaving. No offer of a ride no offer to tow the car instead which AAA said could have easily been modified in the order from a lock out to a tow, not even a suggestion as to who else could help since he couldnt/wouldnt bother, nothing, just left her sitting there stranded on the side of the road. Way to go Josh customer service and care at its best. I wont even go into the details about when we called Emerines dispatcher back directly for a tow, the lady was snobby and very unhelpful except for transferring the order for our tow to a company in Bedford, Ohio and we were in Ashtabula making for an extensive wait, which im sure was her objective because we were filing a complaint
