Good people/great service
My car broke down while I was in Vestal on Monday, and I had to have it towed to Endless Mountain Motors. Despite being very busy, Dan was able to check out my car and tell me what needed to be done. Alyssa called Tuesday afternoon to tell me my car was ready. They're the best!

Highly recommend
This is the second year we have taken our vehicles to EMM for inspections and servicing. Everyone is super nice and they do an excellent job. They are very thorough and call to let you know if anything needs attention before they fix it without being pushy. Customer satisfaction is important to them and unfortunately not many places, especially dealerships, care about the customer. Keep up the good work EMM!

Great communication with the issues my vehicle was having. Found a hole in the muffler as well and sent pictures verifying the need for the repair. Just a first class place! Very accommodating!
