Prompt, professional snd courteous
EAI- Endurance is a private service in business.They are part of my community with skilled young mechanics who do excellent work to keep your car running. They do not have corporates heads telling them what and how to do things. Then we customers get a much better price, they are affordable and just want to make the customer happy. My last visit, a coupon popped up and saved me $50.00 and that made my day. Dealerships don’t do this. This company is a small business with the same family going for 50 years.
They can get you in faster, you don’t have to transferred to a special department, they spend less on bill boards, advertising and we benefit from this, our information is from “word of mouth.”
We do not need donuts, cookies or lattes, $$$$. We just want our car repaired for a reasonable price by people who seem to care about their customer.
