BIG OIL LEAK UNDER ENGIN
Good afternoon. Mrs. Gibbons call me around 5:30 to let me know there is a large puddle of oil under her ENGINE. I brought her car in on Wednesday for an oil change which you did. Everything was fine until the call today. The car has not been driven since it was taken home. This is her only means of transportation in case of emergency.
She was given a quote for other work that needs attention.
She would like for you to do the additional work, but needs for you to fix the problem with the leaking oil.

S you told us when your brother it in,  the vehicle had been sitting for some time.  Fresh oil can expose old , brittle sealant. Asxyou know from many years from dealing with us , we always stand behind our craftsmanship.  Please call us first thing Tuesday morning so that we may address the issue .

Fixed oil leak on my wife’s Jeep Wrangler
Although the shop is always filled with cars needing repair, they got my wife’s jeep in a timely manner and made all attempts to diagnose before ultimately making repairs and fixing the source of my oil leak.

Will use again in the future naturally lol
