I arrived there 10 minutes early for a 8:00 appointment and Dennis immediately took my keys and put my car on the rack and raised the hood and started checking things out. Another mechanic positioned the lift on arms and lifted the car and greased the underside parts while another mechanic who just arrived, checked the tire pressures. It still wasn’t 8:00 yet. The last arrival was a woman and she put the tire pressure hose away before I could ask if she could check the pressure in the spare. I asked her and she gave me a big smile and a NO PROBLEM answer. I said “yes, it is a big problem that’s why I never do it. I helped her clean all the stuff out of the wheel well and she took the wheel out, checked the pressure, and put it back. We put all the crap back and were finished. I paid her. Got another big smile and was home 5 miles away bye 8:35. I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER.
