Great service and reasonable price.
I was very please with the work done on my vehicle. It was done quickly and the custo.er service was great. The price was also reasonable for the repairs made. Scott is a super nice young man. My car was was at another shop across the alley from his business, and he actually picked it up from them when I found they were unable to fix my car. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Great service but interpersonal skills...
I was in Albany visiting family and had a check engine light issue. The technician did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem; however, I got a very unwelcoming energy. If my business depended on a diverse customer base to thrive, I would make sure my employees made them feel welcomed. If I had more time, I would have searched for an AA mechanic because of the energy from the white morning technician who opened and the receptionist. Open your hearts and minds and value those who contribute to your livelihood.

Staff was very courteous, they did an excellent job on the Repair of my AC unit and oil and filter change. Can’t beat the price of their labor anywhere else, and they’re very fast. They will get you in and out and our time. Great job Erickson

No other mechanic would touch my Volvo. Erickson staff set the appt, started work almost immediately, called for a decision on repairs and I am happy to know that they have my back . ..I love the car and am relieved to know Mr. Erickson.

Erickson automotive is top tier they have been servicing my vehicles for over 7 years. I have had vehicles ranging from a 2004 all the way up to a 2020 and he has been able to work on each and every one of them I've never had a complaint He's always worked with me as well as my family there's no one else that can touch my vehicles. A 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Car was dirty inside with mud
Service was good the only thing is the left so much mud and dirt in the car and I just cleaned my carpet in the inside I took pictures to show the damage And the reason for the score is because you have to respect other people property tech should be putting mats down and cleaning up behind them self

Maintenance on Vehicle
Erickson Automotive is excellent!!

This staff is great to work with in answering your questions, taking time to explain the issues but repairing the problems in a timely fashion. I highly recommend taking in vehicle to them and trust them to get the job done.
