Very nice ownership and technicians, but way too expensive for basic services
First of all, the interactions and service I received from the technicians and other workers was great, very nice, friendly and helpful. Honestly no issues there, my main issue is how insanely priced some of the basic services were. To replace my spark plugs, it was going to be $675 - I went to O’Reilly’s the next day and bought spark plugs for $45 and installed them in less than 30 minutes. Secondly, they said my fuel injector’s needed to be replaced, and it was going to be an estimated $1800 to just replace the fuel injectors. I don’t know how automotive places got to be so incredibly expensive, but this kind of an absurd pricing will certainly turn me away. Great customer service, but just please please lower the prices

Fantastic folks you can trust!
I can’t say enough with how fantastic the staff is here. It’s very easy to distrust the mechanic, but the folks here at Escondido auto tech I implicitly trust 100%. I’m more than one occasion the final cost out the door was less than the estimate. When I ask them about it the answer if they get savings, for example, on parts they pass that along to this consumer as well as applying any discounts like AAA.
