Martell was friendly- identified that the issue was more than just a flat , the tire was damaged. He showed me the damage and explained the risk of continuing to use the tire. He was able to order the correct tire for my BMW, have it delivered and mounted within 3 hrs. I was able to pick up vehicle by 12 noon. Price was less than what BMW would have charged.
