Oil change and check up
It’s so nice to be greeted by name when I call and Ben is always so good about identifying a possible issue and honestly telling me pros and cons of fixing or if waiting would be ok. He lets me know costs and reasons for everything which I really appreciate. Very happy to have my car cared for by them!!

Herowerks Strikes Again!
Once again Eurowerks (or as I call them, Herowerks) came to my rescue. I had a terrible noise developing under my car and feared the worse. I dropped it off, and they promised to do their best to diagnose and resolve the problem as quickly as they could. Within hours, they had found the problem and had my car back to me that same day. I was thrilled. Such reliability, such professionalism, such excellent service. Thank you yet again for a marvelous job!

Great Service and Communication
This was my first service appointment at Eurowerks and I was not disappointed. Dropping of the vehicle was quick and easy. I was given a follow up on the status of my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time, provided with options for what could be worked on and the vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. Would definitely recommend to any fellow mini drivers.

MB E550 suspension issue
I’d been having strange noises coming from the front end when turning the steering wheel sharply at low speed. Ben was able to track down the problem and tighten up the suspension. The car drives almost like new now! Great job!

Quality and care
Eurowerks did a fantastic job replacing brakes and performing routine maintenance on my Porsche Cayenne. The work was done quickly, with care and for a fair cost.
