Honesty
My rear brakes were making horrid sound's so I went to Evans. Evans called me stating that it was either a regular brake job or the caliper needed to be changed if technician couldn’t repair The pin located in caliper. I was quoted $495 to $895. When my vehicle was ready Evans called me to say that the technician was able to fix my caliper so I only had to pay the $495. This is the second time Evans saved me money on a repair when they could’ve just replaced parts for a higher bill. This HONESTY is the exact most important reason why I always recommend Evans auto in St Augustine!
