Excellent diagnostic and repair suggestion given quickly.
They are extremely thorough and provide detailed information on what is happening. Provided suggestions on future work that may be needed without scare tactics about it being needed right now or something catastrophic could happen. Communication was excellent throughout! Prices were good and work was completed in timely manner!

Helped me sort through conflicting prior recommendations
Very thorough. I had a lot of questions and they took time to explain what they saw and also included detailed notes on my invoice of both what we had done that day, and, what they suggested was needed or should be monitored. I feel confident that I'm on top of the maintenance of my 2010 Ford 150. Polite and professional.

Good people, Exceptional Service
I took my Volvo in for an electronic malfunction. The team was honest about what they could fix and what may require a dealership. Once they diagnosed the problem they called me to let me know, let me know the fix, and the price before work was performed. Upon picking the vehicle up, I shared I wanted to sell the vehicle. I shared the car I was considering and got a plethora of information regarding major, costly replacement due to transmission and head gasket failures. I was also informed of the good health and longevity of the vehicle and I have now which helped me decide to keep my XC60. Grateful to have an honest mechanic’s opinion when it comes to a car purchase. Love these guys, highly highly recommend.

Small business excellence!!
This husband and wife dynamic duo at Evolution Automotive run a tight ship!

Hannah is at the controls. She manages the workflow and communicates with customers to explain in detail their findings on your vehicle and their suggested course of action. She always gives the client reasonable time frames and choices as to which issues to tackle immediately and which can be put off for a later date. My truck has had several tricky problems in the last few years that were difficult to solve and to fix. She scours the internet looking for answers when they get stumped, and relays information back to me immediately so I can make informed decisions.

Darwin is in the workshop with all the tools. He meticulously checks the vehicle and addresses the clients' concerns, also relaying pertinent information back to the customer in a timely manner. It is not unusual for him to also point out future issues that may arise and that you should keep an eye on or pay close attention to. He and his small team stand behind their work 100% and if there are further problems after you get your car back, they will revisit your issues and make the proper adjustments to get you safely back on the road. This happened to me with my truck when a faulty set of plugs was installed. I brought it back to them and they located the faulty plugs and replaced them at no charge.

Truly the best thing about Evolution Automotive is that you don't have to wait weeks to get an appointment, unlike most shops and dealerships in town these days. This team is prompt, thorough, and most of all, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of mechanical work done on their vehicle!
