Always friendly. But took advantage
I’ve been coming to this business for a few years to service my car and they’ve always been great. Extremely friendly staff. Over the years I’ve learned how to work on my own car and recently installed my brakes and pads so I can see if they get worn down or not, and today I came in for an oil change which my car takes 5 quarts of full synthetic and an oil filter…. Told me it would be $148. I could’ve done it myself for under 50, so where is that cost coming from? 5 quarts of oil, if I want to be fancy is about $28 and an oil filter is roughly $12 to 14. Give or take $35 for labor.

Still not $148 worth of work right there. I questioned the cost because I know how much it should cost, because I do my own work on my car a lot and it changed to $82 . I feel like they tried to take advantage of me being a female. They were still very polite and professional, but that was a little outrageous. Prob won’t be back for a while since I can save $100 doing my own oil in half the time.
