PROGRESSIVE sent the tow truck 50 miles OUT of their way and in the opposite direction...at 5pm...on Friday....while it's 90 degrees outside. The guys from F&S called us and figured out that Progressive sent them the wrong way. They whipped it around and STILL came to the rescue.
Thanks Gents!! It WAS the thermostat and we are back on the road to Nashville!!
