Purchased used F-250 and engine light came on before driving a few hundred miles. Did purchase extended warranty with truck. After a few hundred miles the engine light came on and was informed that it would be about a $750.00 repair. Contacted Eric who was our salesman and he was able to have the repair performed with just the deductible. He was able to go above his normal role to make sure his customers were taken care of. Appreciate all he has done.
