I was in a bind.
I was departing on an urgent trip the next day but I found I had a tire problem. I thought there was no way I could depart the next day and was about to cancel motel reservation at my destination. Falcon auto to the rescue! After an analysis of the problem it was obvious that I had 3 choices. Without going into detail about the problem and the solution I chose, suffice it to say I was able to depart the next day. This kind of service is hard to find these days -- but, this is not the first time Falcon order has assisted me promptly and thoroughly when I had problem.
