$5K for cosmetic fixes but no functionality recovery
I brought in the car with a missing parking sensor, warning messages of no parking assist, no lane change or other driver assist. Fastlane noticed some minor scratches that required outside body work. After two weeks I got the car back with the sensor reinstalled but not working, the outside body work done, but still warning messages of no parking assist, no lange change or other driver assist. And a bill for $5K, partially covered by insurance but just as disappointing to them as to me.
Your people were friendly, courteous, and communicative. They just couldn't fix the car.
