Great service from the start
Ratings online are super subjective. It's hard to gauge whether you'll get the same service, especially when it comes to automotive repair. I knew one of the major issues with my vehicle, but then the check engine light came on too, so I knew I needed someplace knowledgeable that wouldn't rip me off. After reading the reviews of this place I hedged my bets and went for it. From the first phone call to picking up the fixed car, the whole process was smooth. They clearly explained what was going on and recommendations as well as what was strongly suggested to do versus what could wait if needed (and explained why so I knew what my decision entailed). I was shocked they were able to get me in and out of there fairly quickly considering being after a holiday. Highly recommend this business and would definitely return with any of our vehicles.
