Original appointment was for 04/03, but I ran a little late and was told to reschedule because of low staffing that day.
Rescheduled appointment was on 04/10. Both appointments indicated an oil change, but there were six total issues requested such as a heater/fan replacement/repair.
On 04/10, I was there from 10 am to about 1:30 pm. Customer service was friendly and kept me apprised of what was going on; however, only four issues were tackled and only two-to-three to satisfaction.
1) They were able to confirm the "Check Engine" light was nothing of concern,.
2) They were able to confirm that the leakeage of antifreeze was nothing of concern.
3) They presumably did a high-mileage oil change, but a half-full bottle of oil was left on the passenger-side floor of my car.
4) The technician may have worked for hours on the heater/fan issue and couldn't figure it out. This caused him to not look into my two other issues.
Two appointments, fully informing them of my concerns, and then almost four hours in the shop resulted in a partial check-up and a high-mileage oil change for over $180 and a recommendation to go to their Duluth location. No discount offered. Again, customer service was friendly and honest, but telling me my car is done when they didn't get to two issues, left oil in my car which makes me question if the oil change was completed, were unable to handle my main issue of concern, suggest I go to their Duluth location for yet another appointment, and I got charged over $180 for all of this?

I'm sorry, but that's not a good experience.
