They went above and beyond!
I was 2 hours in to a 10 hour drive home with two kids and a puppy and something punctured my tire as I was crossing the bridge. I rolled in to Tire Plus with 9 pounds of pressure that quickly deflated to zero. They couldn’t look at my tire for at least 3 hours. I walked down to Five Star Automotive and they said they’d look at it immediately and then walked down to my car with an air compressor to fill my tire enough so I could drive to their shop. Who does that?? Five Star, that’s who! They were able to patch the tire and got me back on the road in under an hour. I’m so thankful for the extra effort that they put in to helping me.
