BOTTOM LINE, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTENDED RATE, CLEARLY FELT THAT GETTING MY CAR DONE WAS UNIMPORTANT, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL THAT I KEPT HAVING TO EXTEND BECAUSE THEY KEPT PUSHING MY PICK UP DATE OUT FARTHER AND FARTHER. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR REPAIRS EVER.
I have had the absolute worst experience in the world with Fix Auto Beaverton. THE ABSOLUTE WORSTE.
I took my car here to get my bumper replaced because it was the same place my mother took it before after the car was ran into the garage. The moment I brought my car they were giving me crap for them having to do the bumper again.
They took the car and I had an estimated date back of Friday. I Brought the car in on a Monday. Friday roles around and I receive a call WHILE I AM AT WORK and they knew my work hours because I had previously told them. When I called them back they proceeded to tell me that because of a bend in on of my fenders I would not be able to get my car back until the following Monday. I sighed and let it go. Monday roles around and again they call me on the hours of my work and they guy Rick says to me, "You're a hard person to get a hold of". I said right back "Yes that is because I work over a 40 hours a week in the morning just like I told you the day I dropped my car off." He tells me that my car isn't ready to be picked up because they couldn't get the fog lights to work.
Then he asked me if they were working before because he didn't want to fix them if they weren't. My fogs came stock on my car so I said yeah and they should be fixed when I go to get my car. HE then unbelievably asked me if I even wanted them fixed so I could come get my car early. I was so enraged with the laziness in his voice over the phone that I almost lost it.
My pick up date had now been pushed out from Friday to Monday, and Now to Wednesday when I had dropped my car off on the previous monday.
The got the fogs to work and a new bumper back on, but the Customer Service was HORRIBLE and they couldn't even zip tie my underglow properly back into place. It shines through my lower grill and looks absolutely ridiculous.
